Last night my AHI was 0
. I'm not sure why because the previous night it was 2.96 and I can't think of anything I did differently. From what I've seen over the past two weeks or so since I got the airsense 10 and started using SleepyHead it has bounced around a fair amount. But given that I started out in the low teens I'm very satisfied with my progress. I suspect some of it may be adjusting to the new machine. I probably won't see a 0 again tonight but it's still kind of neat.

Congratulations on your good results. The volatile nature of cpap treatment is the reason we look at trends when making adjustments.

Keep up the good work, but don't be discouraged if your numbers vary from night to night.
