I was diagnosed with 45AHI and my initial settings got me down to 16. After taking some advice here to change my settings, the last 10 days saw an average AHI of 4.39. Yay!

Last night looks good except for a weird cluster of events at around 2:30am.

I wonder what happened there. Something to worry about?

The trend is in the right direction, and the number of breaks in therapy are much lower. Your last graphic is very interesting. During the cluster of CA, the machine reduced pressure support and increased EPAP, and that seems to have worked to stabilize you at about 13.8/11.
