Unable to get EncorePro or Encorebasic - jsielke - 03-05-2017
I tried following the instructions given several time, but no response. Is this no longer available?

Supersleeper is a bit under the weather, and there may be a delay getting out emails with a download link. I'm sure he will replay as soon as he is able.

Encore Basic will not work with the DreamStation. You will need to ask for Encore Pro.

OK, hope he is better. I did get the Encore Basic, but understand it does not work with Dreamstation.

Correct....you need Encore Pro.

The email requests for ResScan, EncorePro, EncoreBasic etc. are all automatic email responders. One you follow the directions properly to the correct email address, you should get a return email within 5 minutes or so, containing the download instructions.
If you don't receive a reply within 15 minutes, please look in your spam or junk mail folder - many times these emails get marked as "spam" or "Junk mail" by some email systems.
Or, you can simply sign up for a new Gmail account (HERE) and send the request from there.
