New machine, Low AHI, but still feel bad - woozie38 - 04-09-2017

I recently bought a Resmed S9 Adapt SV from Supplier #2. (very happy with this purchase!). After having been on XPAP for many years the best AHI I could obtain was <>4. Now with the S9 ASV I have an AHI of 0.12. BUT on waking I still don't feel well and for the first time am waking with a headache most mornings.
My oximeter shows my SP02 is all over the place but was unable to get SH to import the data so unable to sinc it with my SH charts. However the spikes & troughs appear to line up with SH. I know I need a new pulse-ox & have in fact just bought a Contec CMS50F wich should arrive in a week or so. In the meantime I'm posting my SH chart for last night in the hope that members may be able to suggest changes to settings that may help. Since I'm concerned with my breathing & oxygen levels, this chart  & this chart emphasise only these traces.
I have been on the trail of this malady for many years & despite the best efforts of doctors & others, I am still trying to solve it.

Geoff, SpO2 saturation should follow EPAP min. According to ventilation principles, Positive End Expiratory Pressure (PEEP) is primarily responsible for aveolar oxygen transfer in the lungs. Since you are using a minimal EPAP pressure of 4.0, logic dictates that if you want better oxygenation results you must increase PEEP, or EPAP min. Ventilation tidal volume Tv is mainly promoted by pressure support, and with the SV machine you have plenty of that regardless of the EPAP starting point. I think you will see an immediate SpO2 response to higher EPAP pressure, which simply means increasing your minimum, perhaps to 6.0 or higher depending on your goal and observed results.
