How to keep your mask on - Equine mom - 05-15-2017

I have woken up several mornings lately and my mask is on my pillow.  It's adjusted correctly so I'm not having leaking.  BUT at some point in the night, I take it off. Help me figure out a way to keep this on!

It should sort out over a couple of months, add layers to make it harder to take off half asleep, start with a chin strap, add more stuff till you use a nail gun as a last resort Smile

I expected this to be a much bigger problem for me - I used to have a Somnomed appliance and would wake up all the time to find it in my bed.

I am only two nights in, but I haven't taken the mask off yet. I think it might be because it is too hard for me to take off in my sleep - the clips are a little tricky and it is not second nature yet.

I am wearing a Philips Amara View if that helps.
