Guys advised its ok to use tap water despite london water being extremely hard. She said to clean out with diluted white vinegar to get rid of calcified deposits when obvious. I use cooled down boiled water usually.

The lower the mineral content the better. Actually the mineral that creates what we call hard water is calcium carbonate due to its limited solubility in water. If your water comes from underground in an area where there is a lot of limestone, chances are good that you have hard water.

The water in this area is very hard too. Vinegar seems to do the trick so I will clean weekly with it.

You don't want to use any wipes that might have petroleum products on them. I don't see the need for wipes--I just wash mine well every morning, removing any facial oils that might have collected. I would see a need for them if facial oil was such a problem that the mask needed cleaning in the middle of the night because of leaks.

I do not remember who it is but we have one member who has to get up in the middle of the night and wash his face again every night.

There are many water filters that reduce calcium carbonate which is the primary mineral for water hardness. Even some purifying water pitchers remove hardness and other contaminates. Just do a search for "water filter pitcher removes hardness". It is an inexpensive solution so you can use your tap water, and it might brew a better cup of tea.

Here in Australia we can buy purified water in 5 and 10 litre casks. That's what I use. The "distilled" water is really just demineralised water that's sold in the supermarket near the laundry section (it's used in steam irons).
It'd be easier to buy these bottled waters than go to the effort and expense of boiling tap water

It was recommended to me to purchase mask liners to reduce leakage from my mask. I found a company that sells cloth reusable COVERS. It comes in a package of two - you can use one for a week, throw it in the wash, and put on the second one to use. Besides reducing leaks and increasing COMFORT, a side benefit is that I don't have to worry about daily wiping of my nasal mask as long as I wash the mask itself with soapy water once a week. If you Google the words in CAPS, you should be able to find one for your mask.

I use neither distilled water nor wipes. I like things to be low maintenance.
We have a very good water filter in our house, so I use that water. Yes, I get deposits, but vinegar takes care of that.
I wash the P10 pillows in my sink or shower with dish detergent 1-2 times a week. My DreamWear I wipe down with a wet microfiber towel every night or evety other night, because it goes down my face which is greasy.
