Thanks. Then I think a bilevel with more pressure support may be justifiable. We can work on an argument to propose that idea. Let me know.

Well, first couple nights with Phillips DS760 Bipap. Much more comfortable breathing, AHIs around .3. Not much change in SpO2. Still, just for comfort, a worthwhile change.
