My first SleepyHead chart - russjpaul - 05-23-2017

[attachment=3488]Hi there - here's the data from last night - apparently I slept like a rock.

RE: My first SleepyHead chart - TASmart - 05-23-2017

Looks very good from a SA standpoint, but you seem to have some oxygen desats. going on. 90 is kind of one of the borderlines, 88 is for sure a red flag. I cannot see that part of your data though.

Glad to hear about better sleep. Low of 84 on the oxygen is something to look into.

Sleep-well

russjpaul,
Numbers look good.

Could you repost showing the graph with the oxygen readings? You can leave off the mask pressure graph to fit it in.

Attached is todays chart -  I messed up and got the Oximetry Data out of sync - any ideas how to avoid this in the future ?

Best

What is your Dr saying about your SPO2 - IT seems low to me that that also my be an artifact of the finger your are wearing the probe on or your device may just read low.

Russ, your results look pretty good. I'd like to encourage you to host your image files and link to them as described in my signature link on using Imgur. The site attachment space is very limited, and every time you post a new image, you will have to delete the previous one. That is going to make it hard to maintain a history.
