I discovered that I cannot sell my used CPAP machine on eBay. Is there an alternative site or some way to donate it?

Sell it on Craigs List.
There are a few places that accept donations as well, at least one is listed on the board.

Just be aware that Apneaboard rules prohibits using the site for the sale of CPAP equipment. Other than referring you to Craigslist, this conversation really can't continue here.
