SleepyHead data chart - luiscowley - 06-14-2017
I am new to forums of any kind, new to using a CPAP machine (ResMed S 9) and definitely new to using SleepyHead! When looking at a SleepyHead report under the heading of “Therapy Efficacy” AHI values are listed as 0.00. That does not seem correct to me since most of the time that I manually check those values they are listed as .3, .8, or 3.1 etc.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Try rebooting the machine. Unplug from power source for about five minutes, then plug back in.
See if that helps.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I though you were saying your S9 was reading 0.0 AHI.
Where on the SH report does it say Therapy Efficacy? Do you mean the Statistics page?

Just found out that my machine does not report that data to the sd card so SleepyHead is not able to record it in their report.
