I will sign up as an Evangelical PAPer. I have seen the light, and it burns bright and strong, helping to sleep deep and long.
I would never, ever willingly go to sleep without my cpap machine.
The quality of my sleep is much better as a result.
And since I have severe sleep apnea, using the machine means that I don't have significant episodes where my oxygen level is dangerously low (which can cause cognitive damage).
Please use your machine!
