Cervical collar and Chin Strap - st8800 - 06-19-2017
Just checking.... if anyone uses both at the same time with their CPAP.

I use a chin strap and a soft cervical collar. Neither device is able to fully resolve my mouth leaks by themselves, but the combination of the two have lowered my leaks to negligeble levels. The cervical collar has the added benefit of helping resolve positional events. I had the best leak rates ever last night with a max leak rate of 6cm, 95% 5cm and med of 3cm. My AHI was 0.26.

If you are comfortable using both and it helps, then there is no reason not to.

OK thanks... just ordered the chin strap... can't believe the amount of gear on me now while sleeping lol. It working so far!
