We're pretty awesome here, but we can't read minds.
Can you give us some details like what sort of machine it is, any other issues with it, is this failure to turn on something new? Is there a light glowing on the power brick? Assume you have checked your power point and all cables?

And check the power coming into the machine - will that outlet turn on a lamp, for example?

My PR System One has a separate black box power supply converter. If yours is like that maybe that part is not working.
