FMCSA Cpap Machine Compliance - Bridgewater2010 - 07-19-2017

I went in for my DOT physical today, also brought in my printout for thirty days that shows I am compliant (70% in a 22 day period of at least 4 hours) but when the doc came in he said i could only get a 3 month Medical card and if i want a year i have to bring him a 90 day compliance report. Now last year, i brought in a 30 day printout, which i was compliant, and was issued my  year long DOT medical card. Kinda tiffed, because they seemed to be changing the rules on me. My question is, where is the exact regulations, by either DOT or FMCSA? I have looked all over the internet and the closest i came was something from 2008. HELP Please!!

Not sure how old this information is, but I would think you should be able to get a list of requirements and rules directly from you local DOT office.
