Brian's Data - Bigbowman - 11-10-2017 Ok finally here is my data guys! RE: Brian's Data - Walla Walla - 11-10-2017 Nice nap. RE: Brian's Data - ajack - 11-10-2017 well that would concern me, a tidal volume in the 900's seems too high, Is it normal to be this number, most are between 400-600. Is there a medical reason they want this and have the ASV in manual mode and these settings? I would contact your doctor and DME ASAP and confirm this is what they want. RE: Brian's Data - Bigbowman - 11-10-2017 They set it up so I guess that’s what the Pulmonologist wants? Ok I did just set it to AutoASV. I will see how that goes tonight and over the weekend. RE: Brian's Data - Bigbowman - 11-10-2017 Am I uploading the data correctly? It was a nice nap because I just loaded up on my meds .... lol RE: Brian's Data - ajack - 11-10-2017 If this is what is happening all night, I'd ask him the specific question, if he wanted a median tidal volume of over 900. He may be unaware of the pressures he gave giving this result, he may want to look further into it. Most use https://imgur.com as it displays the charts clearer and able to zoom a bit RE: Brian's Data - Bigbowman - 11-10-2017 Ok I will try AutoASV for the weekend. I will upload from imgur tomorrow it’s too late tonight to set it all up! I will also upload the sleep time and no naps! Lol RE: Brian's Data - Bigbowman - 11-11-2017 Ok let’s try this again! RE: Brian's Data - Walla Walla - 11-11-2017 Just a hint on posting. If you look at the left and to the bottom there's a box called Session Information. If you click on the time you took a nap it will go away and expand the rest of your sleep time to the full chart. I agree with ajack that your tidal volume is very high. Also your respiratory rate is a little slower than normal. Don't know what it means though. Your Apnea numbers look good. RE: Brian's Data - Bigbowman - 11-11-2017 My heart rate and respiratory rate were always low for me but since I’ve had a pain pump installed with just dilaudid in it for my spinal injuries, well it has caused them to drop off a little. The doctors watch it but are not too worried about that yet. |
