Is there a way to change "Patient Start of Day Hour" in EncorePro 2.2?
I searched previous posts without success.

I doubt it. On the previous line of Respironics machines they kept that proprietary. Special software and a special cable were required. I doubt things have changed.

You will find Encore pretty crappy compared to SleepyHead.
