Woke up catching my breath - MyronH - 01-20-2018

I've been using APAP since August 2017. Diagnosed also with tachycardia, panic disorder, and AFIB that month. My doctor put me on medicine for AFIB, after that one occurrence, and it seems to also be controlling my tachycardia and panic attacks as well, most of the time.

I'm calling my doctor on monday so he can review the data, but I'm sure he will say all is good with AHI <5. He has told me in the past I don't need to worry about CA's and that what he saw was of no concern.  But clearly the machine is reporting some CA's.

My pressure is 6-13, with EPR 3 Full time. Can anyone tell from this data, what is going on around 7am?

I would agree, your AHI isn't bad but I also think that the number of minutes in apnea should also be taken into consideration; long periods of apnea are equally important as the number of events.

Waking up short of breath is a concern and you may want to consider a call or visit to a doctor sooner than later.
