[Therapy Question] Anomaly need a quick look.. - dracus - 01-27-2018 Howdy my cpap hive minds. It's been about 3 months I've been on CPAP and most of the time I have an AHI of 0-.8 or so less than one consistently. I wake up feeling awesome and refreshed. My mental clarity and such which I thought was awesome has only improved.   Recently though I've been having an odd thing where I will have a greater than 1.0 night and I'll pull up the graph I'll have next to nothing in terms of hypnoea, or obstructive. I will however have a large cluster of clear airways. I let it go the first couple times. Thought it was a one off. It has happened now at least 4 nights in the past couple weeks or so. My original PSG didn't show any centrals and for the most part I've only had a few here and there. This is a bit different and on nights when these happen I don't wake up feeling like I slept well. Not sure chicken or the egg. Here's a pretty representative graph of whats happening...So far I have made no adjustments, and the only thing I've done is try with and without cervical collar and I've had this happen both ways. Let me know if I need to zoom in or whatever on these graphs. Could just be "phase".
