What is the different between a Resmed Vauto and a 10S Bilevel machines?  I saw a good deal for a barely used one that I'm considering getting to see if it will help the waking up at night (suggested by another forum member).  But I can't figure out what the difference is.

The 10s is a fixed pressure (No auto) and the VAUTO is well Auto.

10 SBilevel is not worth it, if it were ST it would have its use, otherwise get the Vauto its same as S only more options.
