Help on Hypos - Lamar2217 - 05-08-2018

I would appreciate any help on reducing my hypos.  Charts are typical.  Thanks.[attachment=5734][attachment=5735][attachment=5736][attachment=5736]

These charts are all different views of the same day. It would be more useful to have posted multiple days with the Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Leaks, Flow Limitation and maybe Snore chart. Everything else is not much use.

You're using a pressure range of 9 to 15 cm with EPR on 1. Every time your pressure exceeds 12 cm you bail anyway, so I'm going to suggest you keep your minimum pressure of 9.0, set the maximum to 12.0 and set EPR to 3. I think you'll be more comfortable, and it should help with some of the hypopnea.

Can you remove the pie chart? It is covering up the epr setting. I think it must be set at 1. Just want to be sure.

RE: Help on Hypos - Crimson Nape - 05-08-2018

Quick tip to remove the Pie chart:
Go to File (upper left) -> Preferences -> Appearance tab ->  Deselect Show event breakdown pie chart (3rd from the top on the right side)

I hope this will help.

Please try sleepriders suggestion
"minimum pressure of 9.0, set the maximum to 12.0 and set EPR to 3"
Then post another chart so we can evaluate the progress.
