Help understanding SpO2 settings in sleepyhead - MyronH - 05-16-2018

I import SpO2 data from my Contec CM550F. I think I need to tweak the settings, because SH is showing I have a lot of desats, 333 for last night.  My normal O2 runs 92-95%. I went into Preferences, and it was set to 3% and 8 sec. I changed it now to 4% and 10 sec, but it still didn't change the graph. How do I recalculate the SpO2 data?

How does SleepyHead determine the SpO2 baseline? Does the baseline mean, that anything 3% under that, will be marked as a desat?

Here is a SH screenshot. Ignore the large drop at 6:30am, as that is an artifact and when i got out of bed.

I'm guessing but I think sleepyhead is just recording the alarm settings on the CM550F. Try going into the alarm settings on the CM500F and adjusting there.

I have a hunch those flags are computed during the import process, although I haven't read through that chunk of code. It's possible that quitting and restarting would force a recompute, but I doubt it.
As for the methods of calculation, again, I have not read through the code.
As a lot of the database and statistics code is being rewritten for the next version, I will bring this up with JediMark.
