Just conducted my first night oximeter reading. Any help with he reading breakdown? How severe am I with sleep apnea?

The oximeter does not directly measure sleep apnea, but in your case, it shows a fairly large number of desaturations below 90%. In most cases the events are immediately followed by an increase in heart rate as the body attempts to recover from low oxygen. A sleep study would probably show a significant number of events. These repeated drops in oxygen level and increases in heart rate may also involve arousals which disrupt your sleep.

There is no way to interpret an AHI from these results, but if this is typical, I think you should consider getting at least a home study Dx and find a path to treat appropriately.
