I'm using a Dreamstation. Tried to register for the app. The serial number on the bottom is a 12 digit #.
they say it's wrong, 13 are required. 13 numbers AREN'T there.

The 13 digit serial number should be under the bar code and starts with a letter.

Exactly, don't forget to include the letter at the beginning of the serial number.
That'll make 13 "digits." Then it should work. Your mobile device needs to be connected to the internet for DreamMapper to work. (Not sure how you might feel about it connecting to the Central Scrutinizer every time, though...
)

If your phone supports it the DreamMapper app can use your camera to scan the barcode to get what it needs to register. You should see that as an option to enter the info. That is what I did since my vision don’t let me read that tiny stuff without heavy magnification.

I included everything alongside SERIAL NUMBER still only 12 digits.

The 13 digits includes the letter.
