Dreamstation Modem Error Message - Dreamer351 - 06-01-2018

JiHi All,

May I please ask if anyone has received an error message trying to manually call the DME “call product support”.  It’s happened with the modem I got with the machine and today got a replacement and got the same error message.  Anyone know what this message means?

TIA

I'm guessing your DME set it up wrong. Give them a call.

Of all the functions, the modem has the least to offer. I would consider no modem a blessing. It basically functions only to transmit compliance data to your provider. It's an intrusion and a pain. Don't lose sleep over it. Now, download #Sleepyhead and really get involved in your own therapy. Dreammapper is pretty sparse on useful information.

Spot on advice!
As usual of course.

Depending on your insurance requirements you should still let your DME know. You want to make sure they get the data they need to report to the insurance company.

That aside I agree about downloading Sleepyhead.
