(I’ve been on CPAP for five years with little to no success)
Most masks fail due to leaks.
After seeing a sleep technician... she advised me to change my settings. I have a auto CPAP or BiPAP machine with Settings from 4 to 12.
She said to change the settings To 12-15. She said Maybe higher pressures move mask. I m trying it.
Yes this has fixed some of the leak problem, but Now I wake me up multiple times in the night .
Is this change really helping or could it even be dangerous ?
Tried numerous face masks...no good ...is changing right? If not what do I do about leaks? It’s not leaking when I put it, but leaks severe for months, according to data.
If this is right change for settings- why am I waking up.
