Air Mini pressure reset - Harry Schildkraut - 07-30-2018

I have had my Air Mini for over a year now, but stopped using it when I travel because it caused severe nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, etc. which lasted for 2-3 days. I read somewhere that resetting to a lower pressure may alleviate this. However, when I turned on my app it prompted me to download and install the latest version; now when I place my fingers on the two logos, it will not go into the reset mode. Any help or suggestions?

From a previous thread by Combe:

On the summary screen that shows your myAir score (usage, mask seal, AHI, etc) you will notice the bluetooth icon in the top right corner of the screen. Press that.
You will now be on a status screen that shows your machine is connected. Press and hold the ResMed logo and Airmini logo at the same time for 3 seconds or more and you will enter the clinician menu.

I have tried that a number of times and nothing happens. Has that feature been disabled in the latest software version of the app?

What version of software are you running?

Version 1.3.0.11.2, updated on my wireless device 7/30/18.

I tried it again this morning and it worked! I was able to reset to a lower maximum pressure.

Excellent news!  I wonder what happened.  Did you reboot your phone?
