new Resmed ff mask - yankees123 - 09-14-2018

Has anyone heard that Resmed is coming out with a new mask similar to DreamWear full face mask called AirFit F30?

FWIW y'all here's a news article on that ResMed hybrid mask:

It takes you to a site called compelo, and it does appear ResMed named it F30.

Intriguing. I'll bet that is going to be a very expensive mask, though.

From the link:

Quote:Compared to the leading minimal-contact tube-down full face mask:
80% of users said AirFit F30 was easier to use.1
66% of users said AirFit F30 had a more stable fit and better seal.2
AirFit F30 is quieter, based on published performance (21 vs. 32.5 dBA).3

So, "Compared to the leading minimal-contact tube-down full face mask" does seem to be a comparison to Amaraview rather than Dreamwear FF. The idea of a hybrid mask that seals better is definitely something I'd be interested in. Other than the original Dreamwear, ResMed masks seal better for me than Phillips masks.

I just read RM's press release in Financial Post:

Edit: Dave, I see you found it online...

Yep, read it. Thanks. Intriguing mask offering IMO. There's about 4 other articles on it out there.

I, as an Amara View user, can't wait to try this F30 and compare the 2.

RE: new Resmed ff mask - SarcasticDave94 - 09-14-2018

Upon release, I'm up to trying to get one.
