ResMed Airsense 10 clock - Crownsouth - 12-18-2018

The internal timing clock that measures daily hours used (and is what is downloaded by my ENT for Medicare) is off by a full hour. It reports 1 hour less than know i have been asleep.  Any suggestions. I haven’t spoken with the Medicar supplier yet.

Is that on your total daily hours? If so the machine measures time from 12PM to 12PM. You might want to check the clock and see what time it's set for.

If you want to investigate this matter more fully, check your time in Sleepyhead against the machine time. Check that BOTH the date and time are correct using the clinician menu. Remember that Resmed is operating on a 24-hour clock so add 12 for PM times. Also, consider daylight savings time. As Walla Walla suggests, remember ResMed starts a new day at 12 p.m. and if you sleep beyond that time, it is recorded on the next day's data -- although Sleepyhead may record it as a single session.

A secondary check would be to sign on to myAir and see the total number of hours attributed to a particular date.

Best of luck resolving the issue.
