Unable to log in to ResScan - dkmunger - 01-02-2019
I just installed ResScan 6 on Windows 10. I click on the program and enter my windows username and password that I have verified to be correct. However I get the error message "The windows user name and password do not match". Obviously I can go no further.
What do I need to do?

Download 5.9 from the link provided in the email. There is no benefit in running the version 6.0
