New CPAP user here. Been struggling with bloating the last few nights. Any suggestions based on the attached results?

Welcome to the forum.

You are likely taking air into your stomach or Aerophagia.  The solution is to lower pressure.  Because you say you are "struggling"  let's start by dropping your max pressure by 1 to 9.

We really need to see your nightly charts (see the Organize link in my signature,  it highlights the more important charts to start with.  Also a redacted copy of your Sleep Studies, full copies not just the summaries as they frequently don't mention fairly important information.

The goal with treating aerophagia is to make you comfortable and then to gradually build up your tolerance for higher pressures that you need to treat your apnea.

Your Philips Dreamstation Auto is set at 6-10 pressure at unknown flex, and events appear mostly obstructive with OA and H. Your pressure is moving to the upper range of your auto settings, and this tells me your minimum pressure is too low. It would help to see the detailed daily chart as described in my signature under Organizing Sleepyhead Charts. Let us know your Flex settings, and try moving pressure settings upwards by 1-cm increments. If you are experiencing aerophagia, the Philips is not your ideal machine since its exhale pressure relief is only brief and tends to resume CPAP pressure before exhale is complete. Unfortunately we have seen similar results to this many times, and it usually improves on a Resmed Airsense 10. When you look at Sleepyhead detailed data, your inhale time is longer than exhale time, right?
