Problem downloading Ox data from CMS 50F - CZOscar - 01-18-2019
Hoping someone can help.
I started using my CMS50F again after a long break and I can download the recorded data with Sleepyhead but not from the SpO2 from my computer (Win7).
The CMS50F connects fine using the PC but all I read is flat line and finger out alarm. It used to download fine. I tried reloading the simple software with small disk provided but did not help. The fact that Sleepyhead can download the recoded data indicated that the data is available - but not able to access through the PC software.
Instruction manual is of no help.

If you are getting the alarm, this means you are connecting in Real-time and not in data download mode. When you select the DB-9 icon (the one on the left), look down and check the option, "View device stored data only". This will place your CMS-50 in the data transfer mode.
