Mask leak - Arik - 02-17-2019

Hi Guys,

During the last few nights I'm experiencing a lot of mask's leak (see attached report). Is it because of the mask or due to mouth breathing (which I have a lot of)? How can I distinguish between the two?
Thanks,
Arik

Spikes in the leak chart tend to indicate movement based leaks. A
Smooth tops tend to indicate mouth breathing.

An immediate fix would be to tape your lips. Any medical grade tape will work.

A longer term solution is to train your tounge to stay on the roof of your mouth. It took me months to learn that. The traditional fix is to use a full face mask.
