I do not own one of these pulse oximeters yet I was asking because I was interested in buying one but I'm seeing mix reviews on here about it not working with Mac El Capitan but some say it does work and I just kind of want to see if there's any updates to the people saying that it doesn't work

If this helps in your decision-making, I'm on Mojave macOS 10.14.3 and my CMS50D+ is exporting data to SleepyHead v1.0.0-beta-2 just fine. During export, use device option CMS50F.
I'm getting a full night's data but start of session in both CPAP and Oximeter should be in sync. Problem is you need to specify session start time during import and can only import last night's session.
I saw CMS50I supports multiple sessions so I'm also interested in getting the CMS50I model once I found stocks near my place.

I just bought a Torontek B400 which looks an awful lot like a CMS50F. The instruction sheet says to download Mac software from http://torontek.com/product/torontek-b400/
I haven't tried it, of course (no Mac) - haven't had a chance to try it on my Linux box yet...

So I finally got the Contec cms50i and used it for the first time yesterday. I have a few questions regarding the Spo2 oximeter.
1. How do I change the date and time on the unit itself so that I can synch it properly to my session? I didn't see how to do this in the manual. Or is there a more accurate way to synch the data
2. My first night medium Spo2 is 95 but I hangs around 90 alot of the night and went as low as 87 for about 5 mins even though I registered an AHI of 0.0 this night with 0 obstruction apneas. Do I increase the EPAP to deal with lower oxegen levels cause from my understanding EPAP is for oxygenation and IPAP is for ventilation.

To address the time/date question - The easiest way of setting it, is to use the SpO2 Assistant while the 50i is connect to your PC. Look under Options->Sync Date-Time (2nd from the last option).

Ok thanks. Any assistance with the second question regarding Spo2 saturation even though AHI was 0.0 that night?
