Are the Resmed F30/F20 cushions interchangeable? - UncollapseMeThroat - 03-06-2019

Will the Resmed F30 cushion work with my Resmed F20 frame and headgear?

No. The F20 frame does NOT fit the F30 cushion.

BUT the F30 frame fits the F20 cushions.

I am SO glad you asked this question! I hadn't thought of trying the cushions on the different frames. I prefer the F30 headgear, but prefer the memory foam F20. So this could definitely open up my world.

Thanks!  Hope that works well!

Let us know whether the different headgear makes a difference for how the F20 cushions fit.  As I understand the F30 goes a little higher over the head than the F20 headgear.

Oooookay. I tried.

Even though the F20 cushion snaps firmly into the F30 frame... it hisses.

So... if you can handle a constant hissing noise, then you're golden! I couldn't even last 5 minutes. I switched back to the pure F20. And now I'm wide awake because the F20 headgear hurts the base of my head so badly.
