First night with only 50% compliance - Big Guy - 03-23-2019 Since the 1st night (9-09-18) of using a CPAP, it's been pretty much a cake walk for me. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it's been a whole lot easier than I would have ever imagined. My wife left for MT. several days ago, as her mother passed. I'm a bachelor for another two weeks or so. I went to bed last night and geared up for sleep. I woke up during the night and had to go to the bathroom. That was about 4 am or so. When I returned to bed, I decided to not put my mask back on. I just didn't feel like it. Beings that my wife was not here, I know my snoring would bother no one. Not sure of why the decision to do so. I'm hoping that it was just a one time event. I'm now feeling a bit guilty. According to my machine, I used it only 4.5 hrs. last night. My AHI was 0.6 It's gonna be a gorgeous day today. Think I'll get a good m/c ride in and mull it over. Lunch on the road and a couple hundred miles covered does wonders for the spirit. RE: First night with only 50% compliance - OpalRose - 03-23-2019 It was only one time, don’t obsess over it. You were probably trying to see what you could get away with without your wife around. Enjoy your day! RE: First night with only 50% compliance - SideSleeper - 03-23-2019 There are certainly worse things you could have done while your wife was away! Now back to full nights! |
