Acceptable replacement for Dreamwear w/pillows - CreativeChrisNYC - 04-04-2019

Hello guys-

I need some advice.  I have been happily using a Dreamwear large frame with medium pillows for some time now.  I have changed insurance and now have Apria as my DME.  After a lot of back and forth receiving the incorrect parts I find that they don't stock Dreamwear large frames.  They are recommending the Bravida for me.  I have one, as well as the Resmed p10.  While I don't entirely mind the p10 it is just not as comfortable or stable as the dreamwear.  I also have the n30i which is not bad comfortwise (and carried by Apria) but I cannot get a good seal with the cushion no matter what.  It was the same problem with the Dreamwear w/cushion.

Until the p30i comes to the US what are your suggestions?

Thanks!

Chris

Before I used Dreamwear w/pillows I used resmeds Swift FX, its got a good seal, side, back, stomach sleeping. Make sure its not the 'nano' version.

It's hard to find a good, fitting mask, don't give up on it!
I have been using the DreamWear with nasal pillows for 1.5 years and while the head band and pillows did require replacements the frame itself is still as good as new. You can continue using your existing frame large with new head band and new pillows you can will get with the medium frame from your new DME.
