Lea, we wrote the Optimizing Therapy wiki with the idea of helping members understand some key features of how to read the charts and improve therapy results http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Optimizing_therapy Take a look and I think you will see the section under positional apnea really fits with your experience.

Lowest yet! Still had mask leakage problems, especially early morning. Debating between the chin strap and the collar.

RE: My cpap journey - Lee Rilea - 05-20-2019

Used a neck pillow and a makeshift chin strap. AHI was .5 last night and no dry mouth!

Great! So you can see how a collar or even a chin strap and the right pillow can help.
Like I said before, comfort is foremost, so use whatever combination works and allows you to be comfortable.

Had a 5.9 last night. Not sure why it bumped up, also, the lettering on the left side that says what each graph is for is gone and I cant get it back. I have them in the correct order to the best of my knowledge.

To try and get the lettering back go to File=>Preferences=>Apperance and pop a tick in the Use Pixmap Caching see if that helps

Hmmm. Things seem to be going backwards, yet I am doing what I did when I got the .5 AHI.  Also I cannot find a snore or flow chart other than what is on the far left.

I sure wish you could try a Resmed Autoset for a night to see the difference.

This is the only machine offered me. Its what I'm gonna have to use. I can't afford to buy another one, I had to pay for most of this one as is. My next step is to buy a cervical collar and a chin strap and see if that works.

It seems you have the OA turned off. they are not showing in the chart or the left hand side. You may have turned off the other charts. go to the bottom of the chart, where things are turned on and off. You could turn off the VS2 to make the chart easier to see.
The machine maxed out at 15, it may help to raise your max pressure to 20. You will get use to it. It may still be a bit of positional apnea messes up a night or you may just need high pressure. it's a work in progress. It's hard to tell yet, because the machine is just maxing out on 15. You may sit on 20 all night if it's positional. If it's a matter of you needing more pressure to resolve the OA/H. Then seeing the doctor for a bilevel BPAP machine may be an option. The CA are low for now and have settled from your first chart. If CA remain an issue, it may move to an ASV if they don't settle down. If they are new user CA there isn't normally a significant o2 drop and they settle within 12 weeks for most people.
