RE: My cpap journey - ajack - 06-01-2019 Your machine is set at max 15, you have 15 at 95% and max. I would lift the max pressure to allow the machine to move, unless there is a specific reason not to. RE: My cpap journey - Lee Rilea - 06-02-2019 Last night's results. I do have days where the 95% is less than 15. RE: My cpap journey - Sleeprider - 06-02-2019 Lee it might help to zoom into a 2-minute section so we can see what the flow wave looks like where we can see the individual breaths. I suspect you have a persistent flow limitation which would be a very flat-topped or downward slowing inspiration curve. If so, this would be better treated with BiPAP rather than CPAP, but I don't know if that is an option for you. Anyway, let's take a look and see if that is the case. RE: My cpap journey - Lee Rilea - 06-02-2019 No clue how to do that. RE: My cpap journey - snorybob - 06-02-2019 Put your mouse on the flow rate black line. Click the left side of the mouse till you see a 2 minutes time space under the flow rate chart. Take a picture (f12) & post. After, click on the right side back to normal. RE: My cpap journey - OpalRose - 06-02-2019 Your picked a good title for your thread. This is becoming a journey! But you will get there. I was surprised to see that many snores recorded, and FL. RE: My cpap journey - Lee Rilea - 06-03-2019 Here is last nights, one down to 2 minutes, the other the normal way. I wonder if this snoring and flow you are talking about is why I still feel kinda tired with low AHI numbers. RE: My cpap journey - Sleeprider - 06-03-2019 That zoom shows approximately 1-hour. Keep going. We are looking for something more like this screenshot (2-1/2 minutes). Note this shows a problem with exhale and is not a normal flow pattern, this s an example of a zoomed image. RE: My cpap journey - OpalRose - 06-03-2019 Lee, What is your Flex setting? It may help to turn it down to 1. RE: My cpap journey - Lee Rilea - 06-03-2019 Not sure. Will have to wait until the weekend to do anything. Gotta start work at 5 am till further notice. That means a 2am wakeup lol. At least I'm under 5 for now. |
