APAP capped out it's set pressure setting - Diotima245 - 05-31-2019

So my  VA sleep doc set my  Airsense 10 at 4cm to 12cm and generally that's worked out fairly well. It looks like prior to waking at just before 0430 and 0500 the device used 12 cmH2O. This is the first time this has happened... but could my device be set to low on it's top end pressure?

Do us a favor and set your starting pressure to 6.0. You will find the pressure delivery is much more consistent and comfortable when starting, and it might avoid reaching that peak pressure. There is actually a good argument for starting at 7.0. You are using EPR 3 and so your EPAP never responds until the pressure is at 7 or more. Your results are excellent, and the machine pressure is responding to what appears to be snores at the end of the night.
