If it still has the error, that it is an internal error and to take it to the local supplier. Even a DME article I found doesn't say what it is but to do the above. I'm sure it is proprietary knowledge lest we take the reins and fix what we can ourselves. I read some nice reviews about the machine- how long have you had that unit?
