Should I worry about leaks? - mirkee - 06-15-2019

I use a ResMed 10, Autoset, with an N20 Mask.  CPAP user for 30+ years.

I have been getting a leak issue on my Iphone report from my night's sleep.  I show leaks around 24.  Yet, my AHI is around .5, never as high as 1.  Should I even worry about leaks?

Leaks of 24 or more are bad because they the machine cannot compensate for them. The question is how long and how frequent are the leaks? Unfortunately, MyAir, does not provide much data. I suggest you download and install the free OSCAR software (see link below). It will show the frequency and length of the leaks as well as a lot of other data to help optimize your therapy.
