Hello, dear friend. I nave a Prisma 20a from 2015. My firmware is 4.01. New prisma 20a has a firmware version 5.01. where can i download update file?

Prisma is made by löwenstein so here's their website : https://en.hul.de/ email them, they can walk you through the proccess.

The latest software version we have is the 4.01
It’s doubtful that lowenstein would make this available to the end user. Try checking with some of the suppliers in your area to see if they would offer a later software version.

its gonna take way more time then 1h to get an answer, they're a big company so id assume atleast 72h before any kind of response is made.
