I'm curious! I see the term EPR being used here from time to time. I assume it means Exhaust Pressure Relief?
Also, I'm assuming that it is adjustable? On my 10 AutoSet, it's either on or off. Do I need to go into the clinician menu to see what number it is set on?
I don't have any idea as to what mine is set at. I don't want to mess around in the clinician menu until I have a better understanding of what exactly it is and what it should be set at.

We’ve got a bit of info on the wiki. I know my ASV ain’t got it so unfortunately I’ve not paid as much attention as I should have.

PS I think if it’s activated you can come up with a pseudo bi-level.

EPR stands for Expiratory Pressure Relief. It is a "comfort" option on the Resmed CPAP machines. Its value (0-3) represents an exhale pressure reduction in centimeters from the system's set pressure. The system's options for this feature is Off, Ramp Only, or Full Time. There is an option for "Patient" setting in the menu thats will allow direct access to its levels from the normal screen setting without having to go into the Clinician menu each time you wish to change it.
While it's listed as a comfort feature, it greatly aids in reducing flow limitations and increasing tidal volume.
