hello, last night was the 4th night with the S10 and i am losing ground with my AHI. not aware of ahi events with the S9 but it is going down hill with the S10. I now wake up short of breath panting for air which was not happening before.
no change in the mask or leaks
RESMED is providing the data on events.
sorry there are no slides today in Oscar tomorrow will be better.
AHI daily's were .9 .3 2.3 2.9
i found i didn't have the epr set which has been set being the only difference between the settings on the two machines.
are there any thoughts of why the ahi would be going up for no reason.

Can you provide a screenshot of your dailies? Mine have bounced like that the past few days, but I know the reason for it.

Please post some OSCAR data. It's hard to give meaningful advice without more data.
