oscar [Won't download data] - jerry1967 - 08-22-2019

I can not get Oscar to download my new information.

Is the card supposed to be locked or unlocked when I put it into the computer and ResMed AirSense 10 Auto?

It stopped downloading about 4 days ago. I have used this card for 2 1/2 years.

When I try to look up my numbers I keep getting a box that says find the directory.

I don't get the CPAP data location dialog box. I have used Oscar for about 2 months and no problems/

If you have the original 2GB card from ResMed and have been using it for 2½ years, it is almost surely full. Or it may have failed in some other way. I'm not sure why it doesn't erase old data, but I suggest you get a new card of up to 32 GB and use it.

I was wondering if it might be full but I assumed it would erase the old data.
I guess I will take your suggestion and go out and buy a new card.
Thank You for the information.
