Change profile details [OSCAR] - Boroma - 08-31-2019
I'd like to change my Rx in my OSCAR profile but cannot work out how to do it.
Any Suggestions?

In the top left corner of the OSCAR screen, under the File and View menu items, there is a tab named Profile. Click on that, and then select your profile (You probably only have one), and then, on the right , under the big O, click on Edit Profile. Click through to the part you want to edit, make your changes, and then click Next until you reach the final panel , and then Accept the changes.
Be aware that OSCAR doesn't really use any of the Profile beyond the User Name, although it gets printed (I think) on the Statistics Report.

I am unable to change machine information in my profile.

The machine profile is taken from the SD card. This information is written to the card by the CPAP.

I have a new machine and a new SD card. I'm still showing my old machine in my profile.

Right, OSCAR will seamlessly add your new machine to the old profile, and keep all the data from the first machine too.
Some folk prefer to start a new profile for the new machine and keep the data separate.

I had another look at my Profile Edit.
This time I was able to go in and update my profile.
I don't know why I didn't find it before.
