S9 autoset beeping - jbernardk - 02-09-2013

My second night with me new S9 autoset and my wife wakes me because the machine is beeping. It stops when I move my head a little so I think it might be a leak alarm. The only problem is that I can not find any setting for a leak alarm or any beeping noise in any menu on either the user side or the clinical side. In fact, when I google the problem I come up with statements that he S9 autoset does not have an audible alarm. But it was definitively beeping. Any ideas?

Hi jbernardk,

My "Resmed" has never beeped. I have had it since last February.
Hang in there for more responses to your post and best of luck with your CPAP therapy.

RE: S9 autoset beeping Problem Solved - jbernardk - 02-09-2013

Problem Solved! When we set up the new machine we cleaned off the nightstand and dusted everything. I have a little projection clock on the table that has an alarm I don't use. Well, when moving the clock we must have pressed the alarm button because it was on. So there is the source of the beeps.
