Noise at high altitude - ThisOne - 10-12-2019

Hi. I haven't posted for a long time since my C-PAP use is going pretty well. I have a question about altitude. I live in the desert at about 2000 feet altitude. We have a cabin in the mountains at about 9,000 feet. It seems like, in the mountains, I have problems with my machine making noise...like air escaping. Could this be due to the change in altitude? My air pressure is set at 8.

Is water getting trapped in the mask or hose?

At significantly different altitudes moisture condenses at different temperatures.

That could be it. I'll turn down the heat on the water tank and see if that helps.
