Sleeping comfort - larrygreg - 10-17-2019
I usually like to sleep colder with open windows. Now I am in the holiday of Succot, where I have been sleeping outside in my succah. My AHI's have dropped from 15 to 5 and my central sleep apnea numbers have dropped to under 5!
So much more comfortable sleeping outside on a camping cot. I would like to compliment my cpap manufacturer, it even worked while I was sleeping in the rain.
