As I'm sure you have read.  EERS is an option for Treatment Emergent Central Apnea.  with this a simple CPAP machine will work for this form.

At this stage we don't know if the central apnea is treatment emergent or not - in the earlier post I got the impression it was pre-existing. David will need to see his sleep study report and let us know.

Also really appreciate your giving me a quick rundown about ASV . Had no idea that the Sleep Apnea landscape can be so ... surreal ! 

How remarkable "a good night sleep" has suddenly become, and to think , I've taken it for granted all these years !
